good customer service bu mike. he gave me a discount and explained the process. had a loaner car for me. gsve me a soda while i waited because thete was an issue to correct when i picked up the car. all went well.

Routine oil change. Michael scheduled for my convenience, called me when the car was ready for pickup. In and out in one day. The service department is a primary reason I continue doing business with Crown Acura.
