service advisor was very open, friendly, informative and helpful. actual work, from initial checkin of the car through parts ordering and finally completion of the work, seemed to take just a little bit longer than promised, or what seemed reasonable. and, finally, disappointed that the service dept was not able to provide a significant discount for the extremely high cost of the work

Service Advisor Mike Mereu at Crown Acura scheduled a 5 star service on our 2014 RDX with 105,000 miles, It was time for the timing belt, water pump, belt tensioner, drive belts, coolant, spark plugs, oil, filter and brake fluid change. We've also owned a 2019 RDX and both vehicles were purchased and maintained from Crown. My wife and I have enjoyed fantastic customer service with everybody at the dealership. It's been a great experience. Mike Mereu, David Burks, Josh Alford, Matt Perry are easy to do business with. James Fiden and Chris Arnold in the service department always say hello.
