it was the first time i've had service at crown. everyone was so friendly and helpful, service was very fast. it was a great experience.

Overall, the experience was good. I did recieve some information about car but i didn't get much details about vehicle such as gas etc. Simple basic information. They vehicle i brought was the only one for sale. I didn't have many options. With all 4 vehicles or colors. The only complaint I did have is that i requested my credit to be pulled by two specific banks. The request was not replayed to the manager; ultimately, my credit was pulled 8 times. I was not happy with that all. But overall i had an good experience. I had no intentions on buying a car just shopping around. Hopefully, more cars come in with more variety of cars and colors to give more options and variety.

chris, my service advisor, and matt, the manager of the service department, kindly and tirelessly worked with me until i was satisfied with the steering. they and the mechanics always identify issues with my mdx before they become huge or dangerous problems.

terrific service from arrival to checkout. oil change, necessary service and car wash!
