james fiden is always a wonderful service representative. i was having a problem with starting my car and he was able to have a loaner available since i had a doctors appt. it was a large service and he kept me informed as the progressed and gave me a very good idea of the cost. great service.

no problem the service technician was good

first visit to crown acura and i was pleased with the friendliness of the service department agents. they thoroughly explained the service that i needed and directed me to the lounge area. my wait was very short and i was kept updated on the progress. i was not sure it was worth it to drive from midlothian to have my service done but it certainly was and i will return for future service.

chris did an outstanding job and dean with the shuttle service was great

chris was very informative and helpful. he also prepared me well for the work they might suggest.
