Sales and financing folks were great! No complaints there, both were honest.Unfortunately three of my tires have slow leaks, and require air every couple of days (until I get them fixed). My car wasn’t filled with gas as I was told it would be either… we had to fill up before we could even drive home. One of my remotes isn’t programmed properly and won’t open the trunk. Neither remote allows remote start.

i had a bad battery so came without an appt. they took me quickly, replaced the battery and it was under warranty so no charge.

my service advisor christopher arnold provided excellent customer service. i know when he is my service advisor i will be provided with the best care. he is professional, knowledgeable and explains everything in full detail.
