service man who handled my visit was excellent. i gave the overall rating as 4 because as a person who works in public health, i was shocked by the number of crown employees not wearing masks. unless they are tested everyday, masks should be worn when the variant is highly contagious and 3 in 10 people being tested in va are covid positive.
