I took my vehicle in for a A-1 service appointment. Once I picked my vehicle up and returned home I noticed that my rims were scrapped. Matt Rooney reached out to me the next day to see if I was totally satisfied with my visit. I made him aware of the damage and he arranged to have the rims refinished before the week was out. I am totally satisfied with the Service Advisor, Service Manager and dealership in it's entirety. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle...top notch is all I can say!

I love the service and my service advisor. James Fiden, provides excellent customer service & addresses all of my vehicles needs. I left Pearson Honda who had horrible service to come to Crown Acura simply because the service at Crown is top tier! Please make sure James is acknowledge for his excellent work, it’s important people know they are doing an excellent job & making a difference.
