I took my vehicle in for a A-1 service appointment. Once I picked my vehicle up and returned home I noticed that my rims were scrapped. Matt Rooney reached out to me the next day to see if I was totally satisfied with my visit. I made him aware of the damage and he arranged to have the rims refinished before the week was out. I am totally satisfied with the Service Advisor, Service Manager and dealership in it's entirety.
