I was in the dealership to get a State Inspection which was completed for me. I had asked for a tire rotation but was informed that would be done when I had the oil changed. I had a discussion with regard to my next oil change and decided I would wait until then to provide that service. My service advisor James Fiden was very thorough in covering recommended service steps with regard to my vehicle and mileage.

Teammember reminded me I needed a state inspection and an alignment. Work completed in a timely fashion.

Their prices for tires were less than Big O and Discount. They were also able to get us in on our requested day so not having to miss work was awesome. They’ve always been great.

I was greeted when I came in for my appointment, I was waited on right away , all my concerns was attended to the mechanic even came out and showed me something I didn’t understand , the wait wasn’t long . Very happy customer!
