Everything was good. A tech greeted me on arrival, we went over what was needed, my car was ready as promised. No surprises on the cost. My car was washed before I got there. Check-out was quick. All techs are friendly.

I came in for a recall on my vehicle, my first visit to this dealer. the Service Writer took care of getting me checked in very quickly and was told that the service would take about an hour to an hour and a half at the most. My recall letter said that the service should only take @30 minutes. Not an issue with the time the Service Writer stated. Well when I saw my vehicle was sitting outside,, a little over an hour after being taken in, and ready to go "my" Service Writer could not be found and none of the other Service Writers could or would help. I was told I needed to wait for the Service Writer that took me in. Well after 2 1/2 hours of being there "my" Service Writer finally showed up and came and got me. I asked no questions and was glad to finally I could head back home (over an hour and a half away). My complaint is the lack of attentive service after my vehicle was ready and unsure of why another Service Writer couldn't have taken care of me and got me on out the door, especially after I pointed out that my vehicle was sitting there and ready to go. I've been a Service Writer myself in the past, but never for a dealership, and have never made a customer wait. I'm not bashing or bad mouthing the dealership but I think that there's areas that might need to be looked at so that people aren't sitting around and waiting for an hour after there vehicle is finished.

As always, my service experience was superb. I was offered the opportunity to pay online and that made picking up my car so streamlined. The car was ready on time and communication with me through the process was consistent.

Very good visit and service except for one item: part of the service was an oil change. This apparently was done (and paid for) but the oil change indicator was NOT advanced. Since it’s inconvenient for the car to come back now to have this addressed (we live out of town), it’ll just be that way and be a nuisance for a while.
