I came in for routine service and was told I had a computer software update. Everything went great at the service - mike was through as usual however I've noticed since that my door lock memory feature (doesn't even light) is not working and I assume there may be other features. I know you will be happy to have me come back but I I've an hour drive from service and its a real pain and waste of a day .I'll wait until the next service.

Everybody made it very easy to purchase our 5 th Acura ( second from Crown since moving here 2 years ago ). Very professional and courteous. Thomson John was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the features on our RDX. Josh, General Sales Manager, and Matt, General Manager were very involved in the pricing and made the difference in our getting another Acura or a competitive vehicle. The financial Manager Mike, had all the paperwork ready per our appointment time and made our delivery quick and easy. Great team effort made us a repeat customer and easy to recommend to our friends.
