Knowledgable, prompt, and very caring about giving good service. Explain exactly what the problem is with your vehicle. The customer service is superb and you leave there knowing that the people that work there care. Also, you leave with your vehicle shampoo and smelling good.

The consultant was very helpful and gave me all the information that I needed to make a good decision about my car. I was excited about my car getting a complementary car wash, however when I got my car back it looked like some water was splashed on it and barely vacuumed.

James in service Is excellent and my experience with the service department is always good. However, the waiting area is uncomfortable, cramped, loud and unkept; always unpleasant. My rating is based solely on the service team.

We had a great experience at Crown Automotive. The staff was very helpful when taking us for our test drive and purchasing our new car.

Overall experience was good in terms of oil, filter and tire rotation. I always have one concern about car detail. I bought the package when i bought the car from Crown but the car detail service is not good. They do not clean the car thoroughly and they always miss something.
