I was very well treated by the staff. No complaints. The car was returned washed and clean as a whistle. Since it was a lease car I owed nothing and simply left. Waiting time was reasonable. The only reason I didn't give you a five is I felt the waiting area was less than I would expect from an Acura dealership. Not as good as the waiting area in most of the dealerships I have used over the years. Not a major gripe but enough to get a 4 from me instead of a 5.

I received excellent customer service while at Crown Acura. My service tech met me at the car and greeted me promptly. He inquired on my car needs/maintenance and provided an accurate wait time and price estimate. The amount of time required to complete the services was accurate. Checking out and paying was a very efficient process. Thank you!

Mike Mereu provides 5-Star treatment and service each visit. We’ve been Crown customers since 2013. Our 2014 and 2019 RDX’s are quality built and reliable. The vehicle's maintenance minder rightly tells us when service is needed.
