The service agents are always very polite and service is good and usually done within timeframe that I am told. Inside of the car can use better cleaning so there won’t be black marks but overall good experience.

Crown Acura of Richmond always does an excellent job with servicing our cars. We own two MDXs and drive 45-minutes to have them serviced at Crown. We find their quality and speed of service unparalleled. We simply cannot say enough great things about their team!!!

Service department fixed my flat tire and didn’t try to sell me a new one. They found a problem with my battery wire and prevented a future disaster. They took time to explain charges.

As always, great service, performance, timing and communication from Crown Acura. I will continue to bring my Acura here as long as I own it, as well as the next Acura MDX that I trade it in for my next upgrade!
