I recently purchased a used vehicle from Crown Automotive. The sales experience was refreshingly straight-forward and fast. I felt we arrived upon a fair price without the dealer shenanigans that I'd experienced elsewhere. There were a few issues with the back-end paperwork which were ultimately resolved. Unfortunately, the vehicle was damaged during delivery to my residence, however, this was caused by the carrier/individual driver and not Crown Acura. Crown promptly stepped up to ensure everything was 100% resolved to my complete satisfaction. Overall, I am very pleased with the vehicle and buying experience. I would recommend Crown Acura to others.
