Crown Acura Service Dept. has been great thusfar. Generally I prefer my husband handle the vehicles since I'm not knowledgeable about automotive issues. But I always feel well taken care of at Crown Acura. I appreciate working with the same technician on each visit and the attentiveness regarding previous and future service needs. I gave 4 stars b/c the waiting area is small, I can never find an outlet for my laptop and the courtesy carwash could be much better since we're charged for that service.
