My service rep was very personable. He communicated with me via text about issues with the car.

Crown Acura takes great care of my RDX. If I ever have any issue, which is rare, they schedule me quickly and my car always comes out with the issue resolved and my car freshly washed. Last visit I had it detailed (contractual) and a couple of dings repaired. It looks brand new!! Thanks!

I had a great experience at Crown Automotive recently. Honestly the customer service that Abraham gives is top notch. He is very informative about whatever needs to been done. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge. I feel like Abraham is looking out for my best interest and that is very much appreciated!
