Purchasing my third Acura, an RDX, was a great experience. Normally, I don’t like to listen to all the engine, internal workings of a vehicle (I leave that to my spouse!) but all was conveyed accurately and quickly. We were blessed to deal with our familiar salesperson, who was not only professional, personable, but called before and after our purchase to ask if we needed any information. When “sealing the deal” the manager was the first who took the time to explain, compromise, and genuinely caring about our decisions. From the financial department, who gave us sound advice and was very efficient, to the service area that discussed service plans, our experience was outstanding. Acura makes one feel like a valued customer...no wonder, this is our third vehicle... we know they care.

I love the price for the oil changes, free car washes, and an overview of what other services you may need...people go through tough times, so it’s nice to get a deal sometimes.. If they do recommend other services...you’re not pressured to get the work done right then and there but they prefer you do use Acura parts if you can afford it.

We have previously owned another high-end Japanese brand, and were apprehensive about changing. But the sales people made purchasing a new vehicle from Crown a pleasure. They were forthright and answered our questions openly, and overall made the experience positive.

Service at Crown Acura Richmond is always an excellent experience. My service advisor, James Fiden, is always pleasant, thorough and answers all my questions. The excellent service and customer service at Crown Acura Richmond are why I will continue to bring my car there for maintenance needs.

The service was great. They worked with us on reaching a payment that was comfortable for us. Once we finished up the paperwork we noticed one of our key remotes wasn’t working. The guys that were working with us took care of it with no problem before we left the lot.
