Everything was done to make the visit comfortable. The service was finished in the time estimated and at a reasonable price.

My service representative was excellent. They analyzed the problem, found nothing wrong and saved me a lot of money. They recommended service that I did need and completed it in a very timely fashion. Very pleased with the service I received at Crown Acura!!

I really appreciate the customer service experience provided by most of the service members at Crown Acura. I’ve only come across 1 individual who seems to allow negative customer experiences to influence his outlook on all of his customers. Other than that, I really appreciate the extent to which service is provided. Everyone is friendly and appear to want to do the right thing.
