Very professional team that worked well together.

I’ve been going to crown for 12 years now getting service done on my last two cars. They are always professional and helpful and they generally seem interested in keeping me as a customer. I’ve never had any reason to think about leaving them even after my new car warranties were up.

Great experience. Emil was wonderful as my service advisor. Lynette was thoughtful and timely as my shuttle driver.

As usual, Mike Mereu was fabulous to work with. The service itself, great. I always feel that my car is in the best hands when I take to Acura. The service writers are all knowledgeable and willing to answer any question. The mechanics, too have been so personable and willing to explain the car systems and every one there in those departments have. shown they have the patience of saints when it comes to dealing with me.

I have had my Acura vehicles services at Crown for over ten years. I am totally satisfied with service and staff, otherwise I would be having services perform elsewhere. The staff is cordial, knowledgeable, and keeps the customer inform while services are performed. They deserve a rating of 10, hands down!!

My service agent was amazing (as always). My appointment was scheduled for 7 a.m.; my agent was waiting for me at 6:55 a.m. He explained everything about the service and answered all my questions. He really seems to care about my concerns and providing the best customer service.

The salesperson John did a nice job with our experience in driving the vehicle and looking it over. A.J. the sales manager was very pleasant and went the extra steps in having dents from the roof and hood of the vehicle caused by hail damage removed. The financial dealing especially the extended warranty options and vehicle care packages was more pressure than it should have been.
