Mike, my service advisor was great. The work got done efficiently and on time. Only negative is that I thought Acura was a luxury car and as such would have expected your waiting area to be more comfortable.

I called to make an appointment for the annual safety inspection on my RDX and was able to get in two days later. The service staff member was very polite, professional, and efficient while checking in. I waited for just over 90 minutes while the service was performed and my vehicle was inspected, washed, and ready to go. I greatly appreciate the service experience at Crown Acura.

Staff was courteous and the vehicle was ready at the estimated time.
