The service was excellent. I always have a positive experience here.

Needed oil change and transfer case and differential service. Got it done quickly while I waited and a wash to boot. Got home and realized there was a lubricant leak coming from somewhere in the front. Turned out to be the crush washer on the oil pan was not turned down enough. Caused a return trip to the shop but they will comp me an oil change to make up for the problem. All is well.

I scheduled this visit about 3 weeks ago - state inspection and a safety recall. Alton Trainium, the Service Advisor took care of getting these work done and was giving me timely updates. I'm always very pleased with his great Customer Service!
