Matt and Mike were excellent in finding the problem and putting a plan in place. They provided a loaner car and kept me advised during the repair. When I picked the car it was clean and repaired.

Shaun was fantastic! The ease of purchasing my vehicle was great. I did have a few issues with having 2 nails in 2 of my tires within less than 24 hours of my purchase. I also had a check engine light come on as well. But they took care of it.

As with any car purchase, there is an element of uncertainty. My salesperson was knowledgeable regarding each car I had considered, which tells me he does his homework with the product on the lot. I was happy with the value that was given to my trade-in, which helped with my decision, though the selection in my price range was limited. But when all was said and done, I believe I made the right choice. Staff on the floor were friendly and made you feel welcomed.
