Came in with a concern for my oil life indicator after having an oil main seal replaced in February. The oil life monitor was saying 30% as of June. Went to Crown Acura where service rep Willie Alford suggested a complete oil change and reset to avoid any guessing with the life of the oil. Advised there was a knocking noise from the engine area and he asked the foreman to come and evaluate and determined what I would need to replace a mount. This all was done within an hour and that is professional understanding of the service that was presented. I appreciate that.
