Service associate was very friendly and helpful.

Once I had the appointment, everything went great. Mike is great. Trying to call in was impossible; I kept getting hung-up; I was in one big circle; never did get to the service scheduling. Finally had to call Mike directly on his cell and that was an issue as my phone number showing in the system did not match my new number. We had moved over 1 year ago, had been in since and changed the number but it was not changed in all places. A mess.

I needed an oil change and a couple of other services (156). My advisor let me know that the 5 had been done at the last service and also let me know that at my last service they didn’t change the spark plugs, which was supposed to be done. I’m glad that he checked the history but it was a more expensive visit than I had expected. It also took 3 hours and I was waiting. I wish I had requested a loaner instead of waiting. The car does seem to run better now with the new spark plugs!

I didn’t have an appointment but service was provided on the first day. Some parts came the next day and the work was completed in a very timely manner.

Stopped in to trade in my vehicle and buy a new one. Everything went fine although I wish more time had been spent showing me more of the features of the new car. Aside from that, everything was good!
