Service was ok. Rep was less than warm andfriendly at first due to admittedly having a rough day. He made sure I got good service and seemed to cheer up during my visit. However, there was a sale on the services I received that day, unbeknownst to me at the time of service, as I had not seen the email yet. I eas not offered the sale price that day. It should have been offered to me by the rep. Therefore, I overpaid by abpit 40.00. I'm not very happy about that. Service tome was fairly good, considering volume that day. But you guys HAVE to do better on snacks...they ate theee worse, and the lack of variety hasn't changed in 2 years. Refrigerator was blowing out HOT AIR, and the water therein was lukewarm, with ot being 90° outside. I don't feel valued as a returning customer.

Anthony and Shaun were such a pleasure to work with. We worked out details over the phone and through text messages. My wife and I drove from Newport News Va to complete the purchase with Crown Acura in Richmond. There are 2 dealerships closer to us, but did not come close to punctuality and eagerness to get us the information we asked for.
