I am really pleased with my first A1 service on my 2024 MDX. The in-App scheduling and the service consultant Alton are all excellent and helpful.

Worked with Jarratt (I'm probably spelling his name wrong sorry) and Manny; both were nice, professional, and helpful.

Installed spare tire kit. Looks great. Alton is attentive and friendly service advisor!

He was so polite and very knowledgeable. A person whom is respectful to the customer and knows what he is doing is a great asset to the company.

Shaun was amazing - she was transparent, responsive and a very creative problem solver There was no pressure no judgement and all help. The team in its entirety were approachful helpful and wanted to offer assistance

Everything I requested was completed in a timely manner.

Would recommend that any service rep be able to check you in if your appointment is already pre-scheduled. The assigned rep can discuss any issues and close out with the customer. However, seems inefficient to have customers wait on an assigned service rep to check them in, when other service reps are available.

Willy was polite, professional and helpful.
