Great customer service. First time at Crown for service and was happy for the experience. Car was done when quoted and I really like the text updates. Waiting room was comfortable and appreciate the snacks. See you all again.

Alton was outstanding as usual. My only complaint would be the days delay because you did not have a tire in stock that I know you sell a lot of.

The free birthday carwash and multi-point inspections was good. I will keep track of when the amber brake light appears. The tech said there was no code or light to indicate anything wrong with the brakes.

My experience at crown Acura was incredible from top to bottom. From the minute we walked in the door to when we left with our new MDX, everyone treated us like family. We’ve never been a to a dealership with such great energy and welcomeness. We visited other luxury car dealership that felt pretentious and lifeless, but crown Acura had a whole different vibe! We really appreciate Shaun and Josh for taking such good care of us through the whole experience. We will be recommending you guys to everyone!
