I scheduled an appointment online and was able to take my vehicle in for service the next morning. I was greeted outside by Alton, who was my Service Advisor. He kept me up to date verbally, I received texts and emails during the entire process as well. Crown will be my GO-TO for vehicle service.

Chris is awesome. He walked out to my car to go over some issues, offered shuttle rides while I wait, and when it was raining offered to come pick me up from the Starbucks I walked to. Overall just super professional and a fun guy.

My service manager was excellent and knew exactly what I needed and was very helpful, he even helped with my damaged phob case which had been run over. Very quick service as I waited for car to be serviced. Absoutly would come back to buy another and have it serviced at Crown Accura!
