I bought a certified pre-owned MDX at Crown Acura a month ago, and took it back to the service department for a few tweaks. They were very thorough and took care of every item on my punch list for no charge. Chris in the service department was very kind and professional. I appreciated having a loaner car since they needed to keep mine overnight. When I picked up my MDX, it was running smoothly, and was freshly cleaned, both interior and exterior, plus I had a full tank of gas! I’m a pleased customer.
