Willy (Service Representative) was amazing! He relinquished all of my worries on how to’s, what if’s surrounding having my MDX dropped off, serviced, and picked up, along with assisting me in getting to my train! His coordination, communication, professional, accommodating perspective had m feeling everything would work out and it did! My vehicle was given the service, love and care it needed, washed and was ready to be picked up in a day! I thank him and Crown Acura very much for it!
