William always does a great job! He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help and make things easier! Great employee!

I was greeted with a warm welcome from my service tech, William. He was able to get my car in to be serviced earlier than my scheduled appointment. He was very informative regarding the needs of my vehicle. While the repair costs are a bit steep, William does a great job helping me decide an order of importance for the repairs.

Crown Acura service department always delivers exceptional service. Although the problem with my car seems to be a problem with all MDXs of the same spec (according to Crown Acura) and there is no fix (this is to no fault of Crown Acura), I am hoping that Corporate Acura will be able to find a fix for this issue.
