Alton, Chris and Dave took good care of uswith this potentially very expensive repair. They knew there had been a recall in 2023 (that didn't apply to my serial # in 2023..but probably should have). They worked with Acura to make sure we weren't charged. So very grateful. Thank you!!!

The oil change and tire rotation were accomplished while I waited for only an hour. My car had been washed too!

The service are seems more spacious which i great. Time waiting was a little longer than expected (not terrible though). My vehicle had an unpleasant odor in my driver seat like the mechanic wasn't clean. Other than that I was pleased with the visit.

I came in for a state inspection that I easily scheduled online, waited a quick hour for the work to be completed, and was able to review everything online. Love this automation in the process. Jeff was also great and answered all of my questions. Thanks!

Customer service and face-to-face interaction with the service tech was good, even though he had only worked with Crown Acura for 4 days. Service was going pretty smoothly until the email/text came informing me all the recommended additional softens that my 2014 MDX needed and the cost. Wow the cost for service items have definitely increased. Overall my service experience went well, except I had to make a u-turn on Broad street to return to the bay to have my vehicle settings reset to show my 100% oil service was complete. The service tech forgot to reset the settings before returning my suv. He did apologize, however let’s do better next time. Thank you.
