The technician was knowledgeable, professional and prompt. The took the car as soon as I arrived, listened to my concerns and kept me informed throughout the repairs.

The MINI manager and the sales person were very helpful and did everything to make our visit/purchase complete. The manager was very busy involved in everything, here, there and everywhere. The original car we were interested in just arrived and needed some work done we knew this but said we just wanted to see and drive it before deciding to purchase. However the shop told the manager they would have it ready for us by 11:30. Unfortunately that did not happen. We were looking at 2 vehicles. We arrived at 11 and didn’t get to drive the second vehicle until 1ish. We decided on purchasing the used mini, we were paying cash. After all the paperwork and checks were done we were walked over to the BMW building and told to wait they would b w us as soon as the finance person was done w his current client. The mini sales person stopped by to c how thing were going several times. After an hour in the BMW show room I had had enough and asked when someone was going to deal w us. The BMW desk said they had no knowledge of us and what we were there for. I told them I was leaving. They then got things moving and it took no time to get everything done w that.When we went back to the mini show room the manager apologized said it was his fault for not saying anything when he brought our file over to the BMW office. I have a few things to say about that.1. The mini manager was very busy he brought our folder over and placed it on the BMW counter. There were 3 people at that counter. No one picked up the folder and checked it!!!??? No one was curious enough to ask?2. My husband and I were in the BMW show room for over and hour. We looked at all the cars, we read some material, I paced back and forth the whole time, my husband laid down on the chairs. Not once did anyone ask us if we needed help, if we were interested in buying a car, what were we there for. Until I said something to a lady at the desk on the side no one even acknowledged our presence.3. I guess the BMW staff needs some mothering. This should b a team effort.We left around 3:30.

Everyone involved, especially the gentleman running the service desk, was kind and efficient. The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is the cost; $600+ for a new battery? That's a bummer. Maybe that's the nature of Mini's world? But I like the vibe and earnestly kind service I received.

got spam that said it was from crown mini. I brought it in and the finance manager and Jacob from sales examined the situation and proved that it was spam. That's great service ice.
