The waiting area was pleasant, counter staff informative. I appreciated the outside wash job on my Mini, although it poured rain for my 2 hr drive home. Not sure why it took 4.5 hrs to get the needed repairs done, but satisfied with the work.

Great service courteous staff

I came in on the Friday May 31st with my wife for service on her's and saw something I liked. Found out it was out of price range and that was cool. Alex reached out to me the Saturday after to let me know they just received a trade in I may like, closer to my price range. I set up an appointment to meet him Tuesday June 4th and test drive this thing. I liked it and we started making the deal. About halfway through the process, I realized Alex was suppose to be off that day. He did not rush me and kept me comfortable throughout the whole process. He didn't even leave while I was with the business manager. He was awesome. Even one of the other managers had the worn headlight bezels and antenna replaced while I was completing the deal.
