There was excellent communication about the needs of my vehicle, cost of items, explanation of the tire requirements and the timeframe for the work to be completed.

Other than hounding me for a review ... Top-notch service

Everyone at Crown MINI was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing I would recommend is more time spent on how to work all the features in the car. Feels like I need an IT degree and will have to spend days learning how to set up everything.

I had my mini at Crown most recently for an oil change. I had to wait a few minutes before checking in and was able to observe the folks in the service area. It is clear that they love what they do. They were eager to address the concerns of the owners. I do not live in Richmond, but the customer service at Cown keeps me coming back.

Our service manager knows us well and knows what information we need to make the best decisions. He is quick to respond and makes common sense recommendations on the services we need to do. I love working with them.

Steve and the rest of the team were awesome as always. They kept me updated and got me in and out efficiently. They offered a loaner in case I needed to take care of anything while waiting and the waiting area was well stocked and very clean and comfortable.

The service advisor, Rick, was great to work with.

Service was outstanding, from the service people to the service they provided kept us appraised of everything they did and had our mini completed even with a car wash within one hour.
