My experience with Crown Mini Richmond has been amazing. This is not only for the quality of the MINI, but for “above and beyond” service given after the sale, Kudos and big hugs to Rick Nelson and his team! I dropped by on my way to a nearby hand surgeon appointment because I had just noticed my inspection sticker had expired. Could they help? What should/could I do? Mr. Nelson not only helped fit me in, but when I mentioned using Uber for getting to my medical appointment, he arranged a “loaner” for me to drive to my Dr. and back. When I returned about 2 hours later, I came to the desk with my credit card as I passed the “loaner” key fob back. “We won’t need that”, as he passed my card back to me. I couldn’t believe it - a State Inspection, oil change, fluids, pressure, etc. done in two hours, at no charge! But the “cherry on top” was when I went get into my Mini - all traces of the road salt and dirty snow spray were gone! Just by simple kindness, Mr. Nelson had the exterior washed! You have a great product, but an even greater team!
