Except for a lot of waiting around after making our decision to buy, our experience at Crown MIni was excellent. Our salesman Ryan was very patient and knowledgeable, with answers to all of our questions. The staff at the dealership were very friendly and accomodating as was Paul, the manager. When Ryan pointed out to him that the front bumper of the car had been dented, Paul was quick to offer a full bumper replacement. I am very happy with my "new" Mini!
