My first service after having bought a used MINI. The service advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is inviting with all the amenities but is somewhat noisy, just being adjacent. to the sales floor. I thought the oil change was a bit pricey but I was pleasantly surprised with an awesome complimentary cleaning.

Everyone in the service department was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't have an appointment, but they helped me immediately and got me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around. Within 3 hours my mini had 4 new tires, wipers and was completely balanced and driving like a new car. Their professionalism was very much appreciated and I feel that the service was excellent and prices were fair. The exterior wash and interior vacuum was also an extra unexpected but appreciated touch. Crown mini is absolutely the only place I will get my mini serviced. Thank you!

I’m not certain that the online system is working. And the night drip system is problematic. I made an 8:15am appointment and dropped the car off the night before. When I didn’t hear anything by noon I called and was told that there was no paperwork on the car and that they didn’t see the key in the night drop. So the key was found. They looked at the car but didn’t indicate if when it would be worked on nor did they offer a loaner until I asked for one. My car has been there 5 or 6 times in the past 6 weeks. It’s an older car and I need to feel secure that the car is going to get the best car when I drop it off for repairs.
