I'm a new (to me) Mini owner, and I learned a ton about my car from the staff while I waited for service that was completed quickly and well - super helpful!

Every effort was made to make sure we knew the vehicle and the paperwork, and when an issue was identified, service was accomplished then and there.

Car had a flat and I took it in. Crown Mini managed to fix the flat plus complete needed service that was coming up in a the hour right before they closed. Terrific service and responsiveness.

Appointment was delayed twice to account for parts to arrive. Work was efficient once started but was more costly than the original quote as only one aspect of the service was quoted. I understand the higher cost but I hadn’t budgeted for the entire amount. The shuttle driver Steve was great and went out of his way to make my experience great each way.

Excellent service. Check in was easy and I was told of price before work was started. Was pleased with car wash, wasn't expecting interior vacuum. Nice added plus.
