As always, great service and very professional staff. Steve always does a great job. I had to get to a doctor’s appointment while my car was being serviced and he arranged a shuttle for my drop off. The driver, I believe Mike, even called me to make I did nt need a ride back! This is caring and kindness!

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful on the Mini side of service.

I was disappointed when told that the dealership no longer provided annual safety inspection because of change in ownership. This was to me a breach of contract and does not encourage me to recommend Crown Mini of Richmond to my friends and family.

Very pleasant

Traveling through Richmond, our "check engine light" came on. We were able to get worked into Crown's busy holiday schedule and the repair work was done.

Very nice and respectful. Was not too pushy. Gave me multiple options. Provided all information upfront. Made true to their promise to detail the exterior of the car after purchase.
