It was a busy day that day, and it looked like the service department was short an employee. Trayvon Coleman handled the customers promptly, efficiently and courteously.

Dzianis Barysevich was attentive and professional. All of our staff interactions were similar. I will recommend Crown Mini/BMW to anyone looking for a new car.

Ryan is a very knowledgeable and personable sales member to work with. It was refreshing chatting with a team who was familiar about the cars available and very transparent with pricing and options.

Our sales rep, James Gardner was exceptional. His no-rush approach and excellent knowledge of the Mini we were looking at were largely responsible for us making an offer. And any questions James couldn’t answer were handled by Cortney, the service shop chief. Together, these guys are a winning team!

The Service was excellent. The Rep called me to tell me what was wrong with my car. It was embarrassing for me since it was something I did but easily corrected. The rep didn't say anything when I said I was so stupid. But I was relieved it wasn't anything wrong. (It had to do with the front air bag.)

I was losing air in my left front tire and was diagnosed with a cracked rim. Had the rim replaced. Steve was great taking care of it. I have all my service for my mini done at crown- the shop is great and the people are first rate.
