Have brought 2 minis from Crown Mini because of the fantastic service department and parts department. Amazing people who care about their customers.

I dropped in last minute at the Mini dealership, because I needed some free Wi-Fi, and was overdue for the number of service items. The staff were incredible, helping me make detailed informed decisions about a number of different service items, and provided, high-quality, prompt service.

Superb service. Verified in advance the correct parts were on hand, greeted me upon arrival, and completed quickly.

Friendly, quick service! Use of a loaner car was a great bonus! Wish costs were more affordable but that is the way of the world in this day and age. Thank you for a great experience overall!

I stopped by Crown Mini to check on my on line reservation for a 1 to 6 Edition. After speaking with Dzianis Barysevich, I ended up buying two (2) minis.I have now taken delivery of both minis and continue to be impressed with both vehicles and Dzianis.

Trayvon was great!! He always is!!I hated that I wasnt given a car wash because I have eye lashes on my mini. I purchased 4 new tires & extra work ($1600+} & my tires are filthy. There was no one to handwash off the tires? I have purchased two minis from you all plus a BMW right beside you.
