First off, I love Steve in service, he’s a super nice guy and has gone above and beyond with my new to me MINI. I’ve had quite a few issues with it, ( things not in anyone’s control but factory parts at the original dealership or maybe the previous owner just payed upsy-downsy with my sunroof and or convertible top… low and behold after only a year , I need a whole new sunroof… BUT, Steve is always kind and gives me a few things at a small discount, because this really is a big expense…. So, I thank him profusely for that.
