I have had great experiences with Crown Mini since purchasing my first Mini in 2010 so when it came time to purchase a new car there was no question that I wanted a Mini and that I would choose Crown Mini. I was not disappointed. I called randomly and was assisted by Ryan who was professional and courteous throughout the process. He followed up with me but didn't pressure me over the few weeks it took me to find time to get into the dealership to look at the available inventory. When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment, Ryan was finishing up with another client but another Mini team member jumped right in to show me some of the features of the current models for the very few minutes until Ryan was available. Once I chose the vehicle I wanted to purchase, the buying process was smooth, if not time consuming. Jenesh, the finance manager, was just great. Ryan did a terrific job of showing me the many features in the new car and assisting with setting up the phone interface and helping me figure out the basics. And, he followed up with a phone call the day after my purchase to be sure I was all set and to answer any questions I might have. Overall excellent experience and I will continue to recommend this dealership and Mini. I don't do social media so won't be sending a pic of me with the car.
