The requested service of diagnosing and fixing a slow tire leak was fine. No issues. We were not happy with the “clean up” of the car we requested. The inside of the vehicle was not cleaned. A cleaning cloth was found on the front passenger seat yet nothing was cleaned. The rear trunk cover (with metal ends) was found laying on the rear leather seats. It appeared as if someone had started to wipe down the interior and then left mid job.

Steve has is always great to work with. He is informative and thorough.

Although the building was warm and the printer kept breaking, the staff were pleasant to work with.

The experience was just fine. The service person was very informative and personable. The only drawback would be the time it took for the service to be done. I was there for almost 2 hours.
