The process was easy and the sales staff customer service was excellent. The staff made me feel like I was the most important customer, and took the time to answer all my questions. This is my 2nd Mini I’ve brought from Crown Mini and will hopefully purchase another in the future.

Had scuff marks repaired on the seat. The repairs were very good. The lady that arranged the repairs was very nice and helpful.

Service per automated System requested oil change, front brakes, wipers and vehicle Check. Rear brakes showed wear so replaced them as well. All was completed within 2 hours. They followed up on a torn motor mount creating engine noise and replaced it under warranty. The quote was explained to me and updated as other items appeared.
