Wow !!! What an experience!!! The team feels like family.

Drove 60 miles (120 mi round trip) to initial appointment. Apparent cause of noise found part ordered. I was told it would come in couple of days they would call to schedule repair. 8 days later I called; service manager checked ; part was in. Never managed to pass news to front or manager never followed up. At a regular service a year previous service managers went to lunch never informed us car was ready! 90 extra minutes before the 60 mile drive home! Will rethink relationship when warranty expires. Love the Mini though!

The dealership was clean. Ryan was a phenomenal sales person. He was very detailed on the delivery and operation of our Mini Countryman. We have owned two in the past, but he took the time to go over everything in the car.
