Mr. Dzianis Barysevich worked with me from choosing my mini through delivery. He answered all my questions and offered advice. Justin was able to get me a better finance rate than my credit union. Overall I am happy with buying my car from Crown mini of Richmond.

Always available and as knowledgeable as possible, keeping us informed about manufacture/completion/shipping (Baltimore-ugh!)/arrival- accommodating in delivery- guided me gracefully through IDme. rebate. Took time to guide Boss (primary driver) as some time since last MINI (2010 Cooper S). DB is a keeper! Haven't taken a photo yet, will send later.
