I was very pleased with my recent service appointment at Crown Mini. The work was done quickly and the customer waiting area is super comfortable and well-stocked with coffee and tea and healthy snacks. Trayvon, my customer service representative, was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to address all of my questions. A very good experience overall!

Outstanding service! I talked to Steve the night before about my battery. I knew it was a long shot to have it looked at the next day as they were already pretty busy and Steve give me the heads up but advised me that they would do their best to try and get it in by lunchtime. Steve was very communicative from beginning to end on what the overall inspection resulted in and I love the link that crown mini sends you. It gives you that peace of mind and allows you to see what status the vehicle is at. I was very surprised to see that by lunchtime not only was my mini already looked at but that they were wrapping things up a little after lunch! Can't say enough about Steve & the service dept. and the outstanding work that they do. Thanks!

First off, Steve is lovely in service department, and gave me a bit of a break as I added on some service, ( so nice) and i decided to wait there, which meant I wandered around outside talking to most of the people that work there, all very nice guys . I was super surprised the whole visit only took 1 1/2 hours… so I just gazed at all the awesome new MINIS they had in lot.. also, shout out to Kevin in Parts, he’s great too, ALWAYS! Thanks again for impeccable service guys!!!

My service rep made me aware of current status of various inspected subsystems, and helped me decide which need to be dealt now and which can wait some time. He considered both good maintenance of my car and my wallet.

Unfortunately I've had to visit the Mini Service Dept frequently lately. However, with each visit I am satisfied. I could not ask for better service. Steve is always welcoming. I was a bit disappointed that loaners were not available as my vehicle had to be left overnight due to my work schedule. Thanks
