We have been dealing with Crown Mini for many years and have always been pleased with your service. Only issue is car wash —- which is now done at BMW. They tend to be mush slower and not as good as when you did yourself. Your service manager should not have to track down cars that are taking too long.

Great service on a flat tire. Unfortunately the cost of doing brake fluid and change of cabin filter was outrageous so I am going to have that done elsewhere.
