I recently noticed there was a puddle of antifreeze in my driveway. I immediately scheduled to have my car looked at by Crown mini. I topped off the antifreeze and drove it to the shop where they assessed the problem. I appreciate that they communicate through text messaging to let me know step-by-step what is going on and ask if I want other things addressed. Luckily, the problem was something covered under warranty. I did end up having some other work done and as always, they were amazing, quick, and friendly.

I like the convenience of dropping off my car for service and picking it up the next day. I live about 45 minutes from my service center. Steve in the service department was very efficient. He sent me a link so that I could track when my car would be ready for pick up. I asked if they could give my Mini a quick bath so it would be sparkling clean. That was no problem. I like that Mini Service tells you when you arrive what service is recommended and what future service you may need when you visit the next time. They also were very helpful with the side view mirror covers that I wanted back after changing them out for the British flag covers. Overall, a very good experience. I would recommend them for service anytime your mini needs servicing.
